Welcome to Dewp (“the App”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, accessing or using Dewp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the App.

  1. What Dewp Does

Dewp is a photo-culling and aesthetic selection tool that helps users organize, filter, and curate images using AI-powered analysis. Dewp may:

  • Identify duplicates, blinks, blurred photos, or low-quality shots

  • Analyse user’s Instagram aesthetic using uploaded screenshots or images

  • Score photos based on composition, colour, lighting and aesthetic match

  • Suggest photos for albums and social media sharing


You remain fully responsible for how you use the App and for any decisions or selections you make based on its outputs.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Dewp. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

  1. Account Registration

To use Dewp, you may be required to create an account or provide identifying information such as email or login credentials through third-party authentication providers. You agree to:Identify duplicates, blinks, blurred photos, or low-quality shots

  • Provide accurate information

  • Maintain confidentiality of your login details

  • Take responsibility for all activity under your account


We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.

  1. Photo & Data Usage

By uploading photos, screenshots, or other media, you grant Dewp a non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to:

  • Process, analyse, classify, and score your photos

  • Temporarily store media for processing purposes

  • Generate aesthetic profiles and recommendations


We do not claim ownership of your content.


You are legally responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload all photos you submit, including permissions from anyone identifiable in the images.

  1. Storage & Retention

Uploaded photos may be temporarily stored to process clustering, duplicate detection, or feed-style analysis.

We do not permanently store or share your media unless:

  • You explicitly grant permission, or

  • Storage is required for continued app functionality (e.g. albums you choose to save)


You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support at makewithjonas@gmail.com

  1. User Conduct

You agree not to use Dewp to upload, store, analyse, or distribute content that:

  • Violates copyright or privacy rights

  • Contains explicit, abusive, harmful, or illegal material

  • Involves minors inappropriately

  • Could be used to misrepresent, stalk, or exploit others

  • Attempts to reverse-engineer or misuse Dewp’s AI systems


We may suspend or terminate accounts that engage in prohibited use.

  1. AI Limitations & Disclaimer

Dewp uses machine learning models that may not always:

  • Accurately detect duplicates or blinks

  • Correctly interpret aesthetic or composition preferences

  • Choose the same “best photo” a human would

  • Score or cluster images perfectly


You acknowledge that AI outputs are recommendations and not guaranteed. We are not liable for decisions you make based on our analysis or suggestions.

  1. Subscriptions & Billing (if applicable)

Some features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing you agree that:

  • Recurring payments will be charged automatically

  • Cancellation will prevent renewal but not refund past charges

  • Trial or free-tier limitations may apply

  • Feature availability may evolve over time


Refunds are handled according to App Store policies.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Engage in abusive, fraudulent or illegal activity

  • Attempt to exploit, attack, or reverse-engineer the system


You may stop using Dewp at any time. App-stored content may be deleted upon termination.

  1. . Privacy

Your data and uploaded media will be handled in accordance with the Dewp Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of Dewp after updates means you accept the latest version.
