Our Pro Subscription Agreement

Welcome to Dewp (the “App”), operated by Dewp (“we,” “us,” or “the Platform”).
Please read this Subscription Agreement carefully before subscribing to Dewp Pro. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.
If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not proceed with the purchase.
1.1 “Free Plan”
The default plan available to all users at no cost, with limited features.
1.2 “Pro Plan”
A paid subscription that unlocks enhanced features and higher usage limits compared to the Free Plan.
1.3 “You”
The individual user who downloads, accesses, or subscribes to Dewp.
“Free Plan”
Users on the Free Plan may analyse up to 100 photos per batch and does not require payment and does not auto-renew.
“Pro Plan”
Subscribers to the Pro Plan may analyse up to 1,500 photos per batch and early access to new features and improvements.
Specific features and limits may evolve as the App is updated.
Subscription Options & Pricing
Pricing is displayed clearly on the subscription screen and may vary by region or currency. As shown in the App:
Pro Plan Options
Monthly Subscription: USD $10.99 per month
Yearly Subscription (Discounted): USD $49.99 per year (Equivalent to $4.16 per month, ~60% savings compared to monthly)
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed through Apple App Store In-App Purchases.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing or Cancelling Subscriptions
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via: Apple ID → Subscriptions in your App Store settings.
Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.
Refunds are handled solely by Apple in accordance with App Store policies. Dewp does not directly process refunds.
Changes to Subscription Terms
We may update pricing, features, or subscription structures from time to time for operational or product reasons. Any changes will be communicated through the App or App Store listing where required.
Existing subscriptions will not be affected retroactively unless required by law or platform policy.
