Dewp (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data when you use the Dewp mobile application (“the App”). By using Dewp, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

  1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information when you use Dewp:

A. Account Information

  • Email address or login credentials when creating an account with Dewp

  • Authentication provider information (Apple/Google)

B. Photo & Media Data

When you upload images, screenshots, or albums to Dewp, we may process:

  • Photos for duplicate detection, blinks, blur, and composition analysis

  • Screenshots of social feeds for aesthetic modelling

  • Album selections and curation output


We do not claim ownership of your photos. You control what content is uploaded.


C. Usage & Activity Data

To help improve the app and measure feature success, we may collect:

  • Number of photos analysed

  • Time taken to complete analysis

  • Actions performed during onboarding

  • Album creation and processing flow

  • Retention events (e.g., app reopen, album creation)


We track the minimum necessary to understand product usage and improve value.


D. Device & Technical Data

Automatically collected data may include:

  • Device type and operating system

  • App version

  • IP address and general location (city / country level only)

  • Crash logs and diagnostics


We do not collect precise GPS location.

We use data only for purposes that improve the Dewp experience:

  • Core functionality like AI photo scoring, duplicate grouping, album suggestions

  • Personalisation like generating aesthetic feed style for ranking photos

  • Product improvement like understanding retention, drop-offs, feature usability

  • Communication with you like support, feature updates, service notices

  • Account & security like detect misuse, maintain platform integrity


We never sell your data and we do not use your photos for advertising without explicit consent.

  1. Photo Processing & Storage

How photos are processed:

  • Photos are analysed using machine vision models

  • Images may be temporarily stored during processing

  • Analysis results may be kept to speed up repeated use


You may request removal of all media and results at any time. You always retain ownership of your photos. We only process them to provide the service you requested.


We may process uploaded photos and screenshots using third-party AI or machine learning services for visual analysis, duplicate detection, style modelling and photo scoring. Images may be securely transmitted to external inference providers for processing, but are not sold, publicly shared, or used for model training unless explicit permission is given.

  1. Sharing of Personal Data

We do not share your photos or personal data with third parties except:

  • Infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud hosting) to operate the app reliably and securely

  • Analytics platforms to measure retention and improve design

  • Legal request or safety concern only when required by law

  • Third-party AI when analysing photos


We do not sell or transfer your personal information for advertising.

  1. Children's Privacy

Dewp is designed for users 13+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted promptly.

  • Limited-access storage

No platform is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data responsibly.
